10 out of 10. This property is a good place to stay where to enjoy, relax and chill. The staff was nice and accommodating especially ate Juliet. And the owner (Thomas) is very hands on to their guests and he was very kind and accommodating. I would love to book again and stay again this hotel.

The location is good, a little further from the center, so a motorbike is needed, but that's exactly what we were looking for. The accommodation helped us with motorbike rental, we rented two motorbikes through them for 400 pesos per day. The motorbikes were in very good condition, renting from them was a good decision, we recommend it.

Hosts Sandro, Janeth and the entire team really go above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Villa had all the creature comforts including good A/C, Wi-Fi (Netflix available and no buffering issues), fridge, drinking water and hair dryer. Water pressure in the shower was also good and hot always available. Breakfast was delicious + drinks (beer, cocktails etc.) were also available on site and reasonably priced. Since the villa is on the fringes of Moalboal, a scooter is recommended but they also have a trishaw driver as an alternative means. Scooter rental was 450 pesos/day.
