Excellent bad, great shower, everything was clean, nice TV, parking place for a car. Next time when I come to Ljubljana region I will check if Roses Apartment is available. Also, there is a very nice restaurant 5min drive away - Dober Krožnik.

Wonderful accommodation. Host Barbara was lovely, very welcoming and helpful. Our apartment was perfect - lovely decor, spotlessly clean, very well equipped kitchen and lovely quiet neighbourhood. It was easy to get into the centre by bus only 1 euro 30.

Very clean and comfortable room, 20' with the bus from ljubljana centre. It's a very good choice for visitors with cars, as it has free parking and is convenient for exploring the country around the capital. We didn't met the owner, Lara, we used a password for entering the room but she did everything to make us feel comfortable. The pizzeria near the apartment was very good, as the small coffee house in front of the apartment. Overall a VFM choice.

Staying at this beautiful 1797 house near Ljubljana was an unforgettable experience. It’s by far one of the most unique, authentic, and charming places we’ve ever stayed at. The house is full of character, history, and soul, yet it has all the modern comforts you might need — everything was perfectly clean and thoughtfully prepared for guests. The peaceful location, surrounded by nature, made it a perfect retreat for our family. Every detail of the interior reflects love and care, and we truly felt like we were stepping into a different era — but with today’s conveniences. A special thank you to our wonderful host, who welcomed us with such warmth and kindness. He made us feel truly at home from the very first moment. His hospitality and personal touch made the stay even more special. Everything was great. Beds are comfortable. In the bathroom the pressure and temperature of the water are very good. The kitchen is well equipped. The hosts prepared sweets and fruits for us. It was very pleasant. :) This appointment is very comfortable and is made with love.

    Imagine the following: you arrive home from a long and exhausting trip and find your place meticulously cleaned, renovated, the fridge filled and you just need to chill and relax. Oh, and your home happens to have amazing view and a huge terrace to just enjoy it. The apartment is spacious, has a nice bathroom and plenty of beds and a sofa. Our host was really kind and cared for everything.

    Spacious, tasteful and very clean apartment with huge terrace and marvelous view. Sumptuous breakfast provisions in the fridge. Sauna :-). Very responsive host. Easy access to trails. Parking just opposite the main door. Below the apartment there is a great restaurant.

    Pre arrival our host provided all the information we needed. The property is a little gem in a small village on the top of a hill which guarantees an amazing view. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean with a well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Breakfast materials are placed in the fridge pre arrival. There were many items to choose from. Value for money. We would definitely stay there again.

    The apartment was modern, very clean and in a great location. It exceeded our expectations. It has everything you need, even a single person sauna box in the master bedroom! It is conveniently located above a restaurant! I definitely recommend it!

    Very adorable, clean and probably recently renovated apartment with all we needed for a short break. The location is very close by Rasica, even if you are not that much into hiking.

    The apartment was very clean, modern and spacious, with a nice sized bathroom and shower. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to cook something. In the fridge we could find an extensive breakfast (bread, sandwiches, cheese, eggs, jam, honey, juice, lots of fruit, ...). The host, David, was very friendly and informed us well about how to reach the apartment and how to check-in (self check-in). Free parking is available just across the street (next to the restaurant). Ljubljana is only a 15 minute drive.
