I stayed at a balcony room and it was so artistically made that I was surprised and even extended my stay by one more night. People were sooo nice, there’s a little cafe’ downstairs to chill and have a coffee. One of the best stays so far in Vietnam and I can’t recommend it enough!

The best location in hanoi, no doubt. Just inside bao khan street, which is a small side street right near the lake, and the room is big and comfortable, and feels more like a small apartment which gives you such a special experience while staying there. The owner and the manager were so nice and helpful, and was available mostly all day for every little question or request. Really wish i could comeback.
