The location is really perfect. In the middle of Hanoi's old quarter. And wow this was such a great accommodation. Laura is the best host ever. She arranges everything from A to Z and you don't have to do anything yourself. The rooms are fine, clean and have everything you need. For me this really felt like coming home. Highly recommend!!

The best location in hanoi, no doubt. Just inside bao khan street, which is a small side street right near the lake, and the room is big and comfortable, and feels more like a small apartment which gives you such a special experience while staying there. The owner and the manager were so nice and helpful, and was available mostly all day for every little question or request. Really wish i could comeback.
