There’s a SPAR supermarket just 2 minutes away, which was very convenient. The host was extremely kind and responsive—on our second day one of the air conditioners stopped working, and they replaced it with a brand new one right away. The property also has a small playground for kids, plus darts and air hockey, which the children really enjoyed. A washing machine and dryer are available free of charge, which was a big plus. Overall, a wonderful stay—I’ll definitely come back on my next visit!

We only stayed a short period but this could be a good base for exploring Graz and the region further. We took advantage of the available, secure parking which was very helpful. The shower cabin is spacious, and the towels are soft and pleasant, plus mini shampoos and shower gel. The bed is wide, with snow-white linens and a firm mattress. We visited in windy February, but it was very warm inside, with no unpleasant odors typical of old houses. The windows offer a view of rooftops and church domes. WiFi worked perfectly.
