The host was warm and welcoming despite the language barrier. After a long day of travelling and sightseeing it was a pleasure to come back to the room for a good night's rest. The host had taken care of thinking of every tiny details that someone on entry to the house (before one gets a chance to go to the town). Highly recommend this place!

The owner and caretaker were friendly and helpful upon arrival and throughout our trip. The apartment is clean and well-designed with all the details we could have needed for our stay. Our toddler loved waving to the donkeys, dogs and chickens each morning. The location was perfectly situated for us in a quiet rural area, but was convenient to Bruges, Ghent, and Ypres.
