The apartment and all furniture are of high quality and all was in excellent condition, very modern and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped, the free coffee capsules were appreciated. We liked the location a lot, 5min walk from the beach but in a calm neighbourhood. You can park the car on the streets but pay attention to the signs since some streets are paying or for inhabitants only. We’ll come back next year !

Stunning decor, lovely mood lighting, beautiful bathroom with huge shower & hairdryer. Gigantic, extremely comfy super king bed which was our highlight! Equipped with basic kitchen necessities and Tea + Coffee + Milk & Sugar for the morning. Plenty of sockets in the right places. Don’t contemplate, just book. This place is gorgeous! Can’t wait to stay again!

The apartment is very clean and beautiful, has everything you need and city/beach/train station are within walking distance. Communication was great! For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing. A very smart modern flat in a great location in Ypres/Ieper. The host was very friendly and helpful. The private parking is two blocks away, but it was easy to offload everything first and then park the car. Lots of helpful information in the folder in the apartment. Would definitely recommend for a visit to Ypres.

The property has city views and is 400 metres from Market Square and 600 metres from Basilica of the Holy Blood. Minnewater Lake is 1.3 km away and Boudewijn Seapark is 4.7 km from the apartment. We had a fantastic stay, the location is great, very central. The rooms were cosy and clean, nicely decorated. The host was exceptionally friendly. We would recommend.
