For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. I was on a 12 day trip across Switzerland, Austria and Italy and stayed at 6 different locations including 5-star hotels such as Hyatt and Marriott. However, this incredible Chalet was easily the best accommodation in the entire trip. It is located in a quiet corner of Grindelwald but super easily accessible via the local bus, which runs every 30 minutes. The house is located in such a scenic location, right next to the Eiger and other incredible mountains, with green rolling fields. The host is the most amazing, friendly and warm person you'll ever meet. The location is great as it's a little further away from the main Grindelwald center. But this is perfect as. you enjoy the absolutely spectacular views from here and the bus takes you straight to Grindelwald and Grindelwald Terminal (for the Eiger Express) and other locations, so it's super convenient to get anywhere. There is a restaurant 5 minutes away (though I wouldn't recommend it), but if you walk a little bit more (around 15 mins), there are other options. I would recommend getting some food from the grocery store as the kitchen is perfect! I am so glad that I ended up selecting this incredible charming place since it was absolutely perfect!

It was equipped with everything ...the kitchen was so well equipped. The bathroom had washing machine and dryer also. Every single need of ours was taken care of. Location was just out of the world. Also very convenient since it was right opposite the bus stand. Beautiful village setting. Since we were close to easter, every piece was decorated with easter in mind. It was just amazing.
