The apartment was spacious for 5-6 people, complete kitchenware, washer & dryer is a plus. The kitchen was modern with everything you need to cook (stove, pan, microwave, etc *complete*) The best thing about the bed, pillows & blanket was clean and very comfortable. The location was great (1 station away from Interlaken) so from Winderswill, you can just take bus to Lehngasse stop - 4 mins away from the banhof. There are convenient store at Winderswill but will close at 6pm? Shout out to the owner/reception who was really helpful throughout the stay. He will reply you asap and be ready to help you with anything.

He offered recommendations on what to see…and gave us each a Swiss pass for savings on transportation. And we had a rental car so parking spot was most welcome. Walking distance to all! A short (7-10 minutes) walk to grocery stores, lake and bus stop for Thun. We stayed in December, but for most of the year, the walk into Thun would be very nice. Excellent, clear communication with Kurt, the owner. Very reasonable price, especially for Switzerland. I highly recommend.
