Kris was very responsive and check-in was smooth. Small heads-up: there’s no pressing/ironing iron (would’ve been handy for our event), but not a deal-breaker. Everything else was fantastic. Would happily return.

Provided everything we needed except a couple towels. We brought towels with us and there was a washer so it all worked out well! It was good having a washer and dryer also as we caught up on laundry so we can make it back to the states with clean clothes.
