Upon arrival, Maria warmly greeted us and even kindly upgraded our room. The property is perfectly located right across from the beach. 2 minute walk and you’re at the beach! You can hear the ocean from your room. Despite being on the main road, it is very quiet. The room was clean and spacious with a lovely terrace and AC. Maria and her family made a lovely breakfast each morning - eggs, coffee, greek yogurt and honey, tomatoes on toast. Maria was so kind and helpful, even calling our cab for us back to the airport. If you’re thinking of coming to Samos and don’t know where to stay, come to Kokkari just to stay at Maria’s. I’m so happy we picked here for our vacation, thank you Maria!

Very nice and cozy apartment (+super clean), and it is close to everything in Kokkari, which is the most lovely town on Samos! Mary was very friendly and gave us some tips for the beaches to visit! 😊 we ended up extending the stay 👍🏼

The apartments are spacious and very clean with a balcony and nice view at the sea. There is a small supermarket nearby. The host is very friendly and gives you good advice about restaurants etc. It is a lovely and quiet place and we certainly will come back when we visit Samos.
