When leaving, we had a problem with the car, we got a flat tire and the gentleman who was to accommodate us helped us without any problems and arranged for us to have a service. The nearest beach is about a 10 minutes walk away but if you have a car I would suggest to go to Dražica beach or Ručica beach which is probably the most beautiful beach on Pag island and just a 10 minutes ride away.
