We had a little problem in locating the front door but he answered the phone promptly and met us downstairs. Also because we don’t speak Italian he ordered taxi for us and kept in contact constantly. He was also generous with his gifts of wine, etc.

The Numa management made sure they took care of communicating every detail. We had no issues with anything. The apartment is just like in the pictures. There is also a Washing machine in the apartment which I don't recall reading about. We ran out of bodywash in the dispensers which they took care of immediately when we texted them. The location was great - very close to Milano Centrale. Overall a great experience.

The room was super clean and bathroom was so nice and big. Staff is very helpful and kind. Bed, pillows was pretty comfortable and it has a small balcony which you can enjoy the view. It was not problem for us but it’s 20 mins far from lake by bus. It is very nice journey with a view of Lake Como but good to keep it in mind.

There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. The apartment was absolutely gorgeous, new, modern with natural materials, amenities were great, spa was great, view incredible both from the apartment as well as from the jacuzzi. Drink included was also a nice addition. Alpacas were so lovely, you can take extra also an alpaca walk, totally worth it. Parking underground was also something that I liked . Staff was amazing, always jumping to make sure our stay was memorable

All in all a beautiful little apartment, a slight challenge to find however instructions provided were very clear.
