He went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect and made me feel right at home. His warm attitude and professionalism really stood out. I would like to specially mention Corina (reception) for the kindness and professionalism with which she gave us absolutely all the information for a splendid vacation. The hotel also has an alpaca farm. ❤ It should be emphasized (for the winter) that the hotel is right next to the gondola that leads to the ski area.
