It's easy access pretty much the popular spots in Osaka as well as establishments you need for essentials like convenience stores, supermarkets, a Donki, and even hole-in-the-wall restaurants.. And having Shinsekai just a few steps away is good, too. And the view of the Tsutenkaku Tower was pretty. We also liked the seamless process of checking in and out but when you need anything—like we did when we had to forward our luggage to our next hotel—the staff at the office was super helpful. The wonderful lady who assisted us was kind, nice, and affable and just exuded a good energy. She was keen to help. Sadly I didn't get her name but she was incredible. The rest of the staff was nice, too.

Spacious rooms at Fraser Nankai come with an LCD TV, and washing machine. They have a well-equipped kitchenette. Amazing hotel, comfortable. The room had a washer dryer which helped a lot! The location was pretty convenient to go anywhere by subway and train, but also to walk to Dotombori if you feel like. I really loved the sauna as well. The breakfast was complete and delicious!

I liked the mini kitchen and the location, close to grocery store and subway station. The AC was working well. A clothing washer was provided along with detergent. It's a perfect hotel for family.

The premise was a surprise to me, we arrived at night, the property was easily found with great lightly, we can park the car for a while to leave the luggage first. The instructions to get the keys was quite detail and we reached our room easily, even I'm checking the keys, the staff came and check if we have some difficulty. The room was very comfortable and clean, come with a little kitchen and best the laundry machine, what all I need! There's a little balcony we can go out and hang our clothes. There's also a gas dryer and microwave outside if you need. The bed are comfy and I had a great sleep after my long hiking from Kumano Kudo. Another nice part was the lovely terrace, I was so regret that I don't know that I can reserved it for a BBQ there in advance, I read it in the booklet afterwards, may be I will try next time. I also love the little double chair outside my room in the common area, great to have a coffee there too.
