Beautiful apartment, very quiet area. Just like home, clean and comfortable. Nice neighbourhood with friendly locals!! The bathroom was luxurious and the bedrooms were comfortable. The owners are very easy to contact and very helpful. Highly recommend this accommodation. So close to the train line and shops. Easy walk to the seafront to buy a Rossi ice-cream, delicious!

The place was very clean the host was very accommodating had a great breakfast every morning room cleaned every day probably the best b&b I've stayed in I've stayed at a few over the years I would highly recommend to any one wanting to stay in Southend already booked another room with them for September looking forward to staying there again

Apartment was clean and catered well for our trip. We had a small issue with the bathroom light switch and it was fixed the next day. Excellent service. The host was extremely welcoming and felt like nothing was too much trouble. Really appreciated the milk and drinks on arrival. Fantastic location ten minutes walk to the sea front. Apartment was light and airy and the beds were extremely comfortable. Sofa bed in the lounge was sizeable and all bed linen and towel provided. Nice quiet location away from the main beachfront.

The hotel is excellently located, and has ben beautifully decorated by Jo and Buzz. The rooms are lovely and room 9 has a lovely view over the beach and estuary. It was so nice to stay in a family run hotel that was very cute. The breakfast service was excellent and food made fresh by Jo. We really enjoyed our stay and will consider staying here in the future.
