Access to the beach was great, location to explore Achill Island. View on the sea from the room. Close to restaurants. Breakfast was good (choice, taste, etc, ...). Host is very friendly and helpful for infos.

An unforgettable boutique experience , simply exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the host, who took the time to explain everything and made us feel truly at home. The rooms are individually designed with remarkable attention to detail, every corner reflects a sense of style, care, and personality. Breakfast was absolutely outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options and beautifully presented. We also had the pleasure of enjoying dinner, which was nothing short of exquisite a true culinary highlight. The host is incredibly friendly and open, always available for a good conversation and clearly passionate about creating a memorable stay for each guest. This place is truly one of a kind. If you’re looking for a unique, personal, and exceptionally high-quality experience, this boutique B&B is the perfect choice. We wholeheartedly recommend it.

There is nothing negative to say about this property. The owner was excellent at communicating with us. He made recommendations about stuff to do in Achill. We had the number of the caretaker also. It is so close to the beach, shop and a bar if you want to go for a drink. The beach across the road is stunning and not crowded. The cottage itself is just stunning- beautifully laid out with all equipment, utensils etc required for complete self catering. The house is actually bigger than the impression given in the photos. Loved the half door as you could keep the top open and watch the world go by. Would definitely recommend and would love to go back.

Such a lovely warm Irish welcome, the scones were magnificent and so was the bread and jam. We had a wonderful stay, with glorious walks along the nearby beach. The cottage has everything for a comfortable stay. Coffee nearby was also great.

We loved everything here. The location and view was incredible. Our hosts were very friendly and engaging and so knowledgeable. Breakfasts were the best best so far. Overall, Teach Cruachen felt warm and homey, and we would highly recommend.
