Small/Medium size apartament its more than enought to what expect. Breaktfast was great and yummi! Mr Mike gave us the best advices on our tour in Rome and gave us all the details on buses and trains and it helped a lot!

The host pietro & his wife where exceptionaly friendly and gave us a lot of knowledge of the area which made getting around so easy. The apartment was spotless clean, well equipped with everything you could possible need during your stay. The apartment was very well located to the beach, train station, restaurant and Bars but still lovely and peaceful. Pietro had all maps and information readily available which made our holiday so much more enjoyable. Pietro was available to contact at any time trough out are stay which gave us a great feeling of safety and comfort trough out our holiday. I would highly recommend everyone to stay here as train makes it very easy to travel all over Rome but still have peaceand quite location.

Excellent apartment, wonderfull facilities and helpfull owner…the apartment has many local restaurants and walks along river, it’s clean and good quality furnishings….we will book to stay again when we transit via Rome .

We loved that we were able to check-in after normal check-in hours ended. We were greeted by a very clean and comfortable room. The host left snacks on the table for us to enjoy and the room had a lovely balcony that we sat out on at night for fresh air.

Thanks to the fact it is some 1 km from the center cafes and restaurants located next to it are not tourist traps but places visited by locals . Nice reception - we were offered stock of coffee and bottle of wine in the appartment .

Perfect accommodation for long weekend and vacation. It´s not just an house, but wonderful architecture from shining old times. A lot of space and privacy for 5 people.
