The house is at a very convenient yet quiet location. Walking distance to the port and all the restaurants and cafeterias. The owner of the property is a very professional Kayaking and snorkeling guide. He offers boat tours too.

Everything was really nice, from the home made breakfast to dinner, the location really near one of the beautiful beaches of the island.

Jitsuyo-san is an exceptional host, very friendly and accommodating. The room is small, although this is typical for Japanese accommodation but all facilities were included, washing machine, cooking plate, microwave oven, tv from 1995, pots and basic cutlery. Clean small bathroom/shower/toilet (enter forward, exit backwards). We would stay here again

A fantastic place! Kuctcha Homestay has everything you need for a great stay. The location is perfect – close to all the main attractions, yet peaceful and quiet. The host is a kind lady who is a local from the island and she makes homemade meals if would like to eat at the guesthouse. The place is clean in traditional Japanese style. The bed was a comfortable high matras. There is a ice cream machine and a coffee machine are available and as well equipment for snorkeling or chilling at the beach. Definitely recommend this guesthouse if you love peace and nature. Also I like the homemade smoothie with sweet potato and sesame seeds. Would recommend to go to the Furuzamami beach at this island for lively corals and fishes.
