Very friendly hosts. The room was very comfortable and super clean. The owners are warm and wonderful. Breakfast with fresh fruitjuice, eggs, homemade pies, homemade marmelade etc., fresh fruit... The owners do their utmost to make you feel comfortable. Tips for restaurants were well appreciated. In front the lake, and near to the center of Pogradec. Nice place If you want to go to Pogradec, Garden Villa is the place to stay!

Thanks to Mark for his welcome, kindness, hospitality, availability and chats, and gifts of free melon, it was a lovely stay. The room was clean, bright, spacious and comfortable (air con) with a large balcony looking over garden and fields to distant mountains. Great for morning coffee. There is also a shared fridge, kettle and microwave. It is located in quiet rural end of town but just 5-10 minutes walk to lakefront and then a further lovely lakefront walk into town with lots of hotels, bars, cafes and shops. Also can walk 3km along lake to Drilon NP with its waterways. A great place to stay if you like walking or cycling. Great value for the price. I Thanks Mark, hope to see you again next year.

Our apartment (Jon) was located on the first floor of an apartment house. It was a single room with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a washing machine. The bed was clean and comfortable, air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the bathroom was fresh. The apartment was located next to the entrance of the house and a mini market on site. There was some noise coming from outside, but between 10 pm and 8 am, it was quiet. The location was very good. A free public parking place was nearby next to a police station. The beach boulevard with restaurants and cafes was just 90 meters away, and a main road with shops, money transfer etc. just 50 meters away. Communication with the host was smooth, and all worked well. Excellent value for the money!
