Location is amazing. The whole setup is very well done and comfortable. Felt very safe and enjoyable. Staff were friendly and kind. Rooms were great with the best views! Added benefit of a swimming pool & pool bar was well enjoyed.

Nice well equiped woide cottage in the banks of Sevan lake, few steps from the beach and with nice view to lake Sevan from the terace. The host was very nice, adviced us where to swim.

An exceptionally comfortable hotel room beside lake Sevan! There is under floor heating, a heated towels rail, lots of clean towels, shampoo etc, and a fridge. A real bonus were the windows in the room: There were two. You can see the sun rise from one and the sun set from the other. You can also see lake Sevan from one of the windows. Breakfast was very good and served by a friendly and helpful lady. Near the hotel is a bridge where you can cross the highway and walk across a field and enter the town through an archway to drink coffee and tea at the teahouse and buy fruit and anything else you need in the town.

Clean, comfortable and cozy hotel with a nice garden. I really liked that my cottage had a kitchen and its size was actually bigger then I expected. But most importantly, I'd like to thank David and Armen who were ready to help with anything at all times and were really hospitable and supportive of every guest.

The place grew significantly since we were last here five years ago. Would have stayed there longer if we knew. Nice facilities, cottages, place for kids to play. Recommend for a family stay for sure!
