Lisa was at reception on my arrival and had also received my phonecall the day before (when I was asking if she could please ensure we had 2 single beds, as I was travelling with a friend). Due to the type of room I’d booked, she couldn’t arrange for two beds so instead she had upgraded us to an apartment that could. We were very grateful that she’d gone to the trouble and we both had a fantastic stay at your hotel. It’s always nice when staff go above and beyond to find a way. Thank you

It was right on the beach. The apartment had great views of the ocean. There was a great vibe everywhere. We enjoyed the inside pool, spa and steam room. The spa bath inside our room was a nice touch.

Great location, very spacious 3 bedroom self contained apartment, very well maintained, easy access to beach, short walk to surf club for meals. All up it was very enjoyable stay.
