Very nice family hotel. Lots of attractions for children, animals. Huge thanks and 10 stars to Gina Li, the sales manager, who was helpful in everything and helped us a lot during our entire stay at the hotel. We spent 16 nights there, during which she helped us with transfers, necessities for the little one, just with everything. Once again, a big thank you to Gina Li, who turned our stay into an unforgettable one.

I have travelled to many countries and cities around the world and this is the hotel I have been most satisfied with so far. The hotel staff is so helpful and professional that they offer you every facility for your comfort. Especially Kevin, Peter and Lukas are really qualified. My room was spacious and comfortable, stuff are very helpful and friendly. Good views from the balcony. The location is superb, easy access to many tourist attractions. there is a staff not that patient, the others are nice and friendly, so overall still great. building and rooms although not new but very clean and neat. A very comfy stay. based on the rate it charge me, it's good value for money.

The people at the Sheraton were friendly and eager to help, we loved the pools and the ocean front view. although the hotel is older and some of the facilities especially the rooms need and upgrade, it was still very clean and we had and amazing time here.

Really liked the hotel, better than the pictures. We considered the option to be wild and not crowded. The villas are surrounded by wild plants and palm trees, liked the location, just 10 minutes walk from the beach. The rooms are equipped so that you feel alone in the villa. Lovely pool near reception and in the villa itself. Good breakfast of both European and Chinese cuisine. Polite, helpful and friendly staff. Even with language barrier always try to help, through translator. The hotel exceeded expectations, great view and walk to the room for lovers of Asian wildlife. Will definitely visit you again, thank you.
