Mr Islam was very nice and welcoming. The facilities were great. Alot of pools and rides for children. The restaurant options were plentiful and catered to kids.

All the areas of the hotel were very clean and beautifully decorated. The service was excellent and all the staff was friendly and ready to help. There are several restaurants and bars with great food and drink options. The Wi-Fi was great in the whole area of the resort, even on the beach. As we had a later flight, they offered late check out of the room and kept our luggage for a bit longer while we enjoyed the last hours of vacation!

This is the best 5-star hotel we have ever been to! The service is almost perfect especially in the main restaurant, everyone is super friendly and very professional. Also, the food was always exceptional with different themes every day. We will definitely come back very soon, thank you so much for everything!
