Wonderful stay in Nice! Annie was an exceptional host. Even though my check-in was scheduled for 2 PM, she kindly allowed me to check in early. The room was spotless and prepared with cold drinks and snacks — such a thoughtful touch. The location is fantastic, just a 2–3 minute walk to the beach. Annie also generously offered to wash my clothes for free and even gave me a snack for my trip to the next city. She truly is the heart of Nice. I’m very grateful for her kindness and hospitality — I hope to see you again, Annie!
