This is a touristic part of Crete, with a very clean beach and many similar hotels. It is practical to reach all the touristic targets that are near Heraklion. 25 minutes from the airport by car, but you do not hear the planes. Many restaurants, bars, and shops are in the neighborhood. The hotel rooms are of solid quality, practical and clean. View on the sea is beautiful. The hotel is on the sandy beach, you do not need to walk, very practcla for a family with small children. Private pool and baby pool are also available. We were a family of five, the last guests at the end of the season (end of October), and the owners did their best to provide us full service. They gave us a different breakfast every morning, and we did not have to feel that they were staying only for us. Owners are also very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful apartments. at the foot of the mountain. I liked the vintage style of the studio room. All necessary household appliances and dishes are available. Comfortable soft bed. Terrace overlooking the sea. 3 minutes to the sea. The beach is sandy and wide. A little further towards Malia you can rent sun loungers for the whole day and buy something at the cafe-restaurant.
