Breakfast was excellent, as were the pools and the proximity to the beach. There were no crowds and we felt very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly! The option to rent scooters through Lombok Beauty Tour & Travel was very easy and affordable. We were given fresh towels and water in our room every day. The beds are big so we didn't need an extra bed for our 9 year old, she slept in the bed with us.

The accommodation is so beautiful, such an amazing design. Our room was so spacious and luxurious with a big balcony from which we could see Kuta beach. The included breakfast is delicious and such generous servings, the breakfast area is a beautiful bamboo space with big tables over looking the ocean, there is tea and coffee on tap. Free refillable water! Pool is beautiful and also looks over the ocean. And the staff were next level, so helpful, friendly and generous! We couldn’t believe the price so affordable for such an incredible stay we felt so lucky to find this place.

the experience was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we checked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They responded quickly to our requests. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The decor was modern but cozy, and the facilities were excellent — air conditioning worked well, Wi-Fi was fast. The hotel’s location is very convenient, close to shopping centers and local attractions. We even took a relaxing evening walk to a nearby city park — such a peaceful vibe! One of the highlights was the breakfast — a generous selection of both local and international dishes, all fresh and delicious. I highly recommend it for both family vacations and business trips. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

    The property was in a really quiet location. Peaceful and set right on the beach it was a perfect location for a relaxing retreat. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and made the whole experience all the better. Whilst the menu was small all the food was fresh and delicious,an absolute a high light of the stay.

    Perfect location, beachfront, close to supermarket and town, and surrounded by many beaches for surf. The room was standart with cool air conditioner, clean and comfortable bed. The staff also was super friendly, they gave me many recomendations to do around. I will be back for sure, I love Lombok so much.

    Overall it was a nice hotel. Right on the beach. Great facilities available. Room was nice. Staff was helpful and even accommodated my last minute request for the room. And then they called me to make sure it was good enough. I liked the beach theme to the construction but still modernized. It's really the best beach hotel in that area I've been to. Breakfast, like all Novotels was very large. Food overall good.
