Lovely villa on the lido - perfect for our visit to the biennale. Staff are friendly, breakfast was nice in the beautiful garden, and there is a fantastic trattoria on the same road for dinner. We will be back!

The personnel were super friendly, answered all our questions and allowed me to store my wife's electric bicycle safe inside the hotel during the night. Apart from all the other great food, I absolutely loved the lemon pie for breakfast.

Elegant and comfortable apartment right next to Hotel Excelsior with access to its beautiful sandy private beach, which is ideal for children. The apartment had everything you need for self-catering for a family of four, and the little private terrace in front with sun awning was great for relaxing. The host was very friendly and explained everything well. We will definitely come back soon.

Beautiful location in a small village. Perfect for exploring Venice and the Biennale and coming back to a quiet home base with access to the beautiful beaches on Lido. Excellent public transport nearby, we only took the bus during our stay.

Next to beach. Very lovely lady at reception. Nice breakfast at terace that has a beach view. Very spacious rooms, lobby. View from the room in fourth floor against San Marco campanile and on the other site to the Lido free beach. Bike rental. Close to interesting small airport.

Great location, 10 minutes walking distance to public water transport and a super market, spacious and comfortable apartment in beautifully manicured gardens, with the beach across the road. I really enjoyed my swims in the pool and a coffee and croissant beside the pool in the mornings. Friendly & efficient receptionists, excellent communication prior to arrival. Only 15 minutes from Venice by water transport.
