The appartment has a good location near the old town and seaside with castle, museum, restaurants, beach, marina. There are very good breakfasts served by the landlady at the top of the building with nice view. Air condition makes a comfortable living besides the SUN active all time. The owner explained us the main attractions of the city. Definitely it is worth its price

Very close to the beach and situated in a nice secluded hill. Otranto and some nice restaurants are only a few minutes drive away. A shuttle service is organized by the hotel making it possible to get to the lido Universo with ease. We wished we could stay longer. Fernando was extremely helpful and I can only further recommend this place.

This hotel has everything you need for a perfect holiday: a beautiful and well-maintained garden, cleanliness throughout, and a super relaxing pool area. The cocktails by the pool are very reasonably priced, and the breakfast is honestly one of the best we've ever had in Italy. The welcome - Simone and Martina were so welcoming and facilitated our early arrival so we could park and drop luggage before check in). Simone the owner was most attentive, very generous (wine and nibbles for aperitifs and homemade tomatoes sauce 😋)and friendly throughout our stay and available to sort any issue if needed. Location (70m walk to excellent swim, snorkel and rock jumping spot, 200m walk free beach). Simone provided us with a sun umbrella and deck chairs. Short walk along Lungomare to restaurants and historical centre). Layout (lovely garden space with nice shade for alfresco dining and comfortable furniture to read and relax; good sized well equipped kitchen with basic condiments provided; good sized bathroom with powerful shower; good sized double room with slatted shutters allowing the Tramontane wind to cool us indoors as all doors and windows have mosquito blinds. Otherwise bedroom has very effective air con. WiFi works well. After travelling around Puglia, circling historical centres seeking a parking spot this was a lovely space to relax for our last 4 days. Car has a secure and easily accessible parking spot beside the apartment.

Everything was great, a lovely house in an amazing - and quiet - location. Excellent garden, with the sea just through the gate, and Otranto a 15 minute walk away. I just wish we could have stayed longer. Hosts were super responsive and very helpful.

The location was great, next to the sea and the town center was in walking distance. The room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was awesome, with homemade pasticciotti.

Nice swimming pool but the sunbeds are totally flat without any pillow. The room was comfortable.
