We loved everything here. Very charming property by the beach with really beautiful furnitures and very comfortable. The staff is amazing, they are caring, they do everything for you to feel good and have the best experience. They spot every detail for you. The chef deserves a micheline star. The food experience was delicious. It is the perfect place to recharge. Thank you to the staff of kalkudah beach house for making this place a wonderful moment for us.

The best accomodation that we could imagine of. This was ice on a cake during our family vocation in Sri Lanka. Very warm greetings from Latvia to Umberto - manager of the hotel and our personal butler - Namal. Absolute 10 out of 10.

Nice secluded location, new building, clean and comfortable, great view from verandah over palms to ocean. Breakfast plentiful and staff very friendly and helpful I think we were first westerners to stay here and provide objective review. Read others and make your own conclusions.

We stayed in the front house and it was very clean, really spacious and with a functioning, quiet air-conditioning. Location is calm and close to Kalkudah beach and Passikudah. The staff were so lovely and even though they didn't speak great English they went above and beyond to make sure we were well. So friendly and attentive. They now also offer breakfast, lunch, dinner, and tea/ coffee to a very reasonable price. Overall, amazing value for money!

    The location of the hotel was quiet and located only 200m from the beach. The room was equipped basically but with everything you need. It was clean. The cordial couple running the hotel were always friendly, helpful and courteous. All requests regarding transportation, travel advice and extra requests were fulfilled immediately. We would come back at any time.

    The guesthouse is very clean. Jude and his wife are extremely helpfull and speak perfect english, they helped with everything. They allow you to leave your luggage there for a longer time if you want to visit some beaches. Everything was perfect!
