It was exactly what we were looking for- nice house close to the beach, sea brief, wonderful view to the sea from the restaurant, friendly host, good meals! Perfect swim in the sea and walking on the sandy beach, watching kites runners. The place I will dream to come back.

This was one of the favorite places we stayed on our trip! The setting is absolutely beautiful within the sand dunes and right on the beach. The yard is so beautiful with many plants and trees and the rooms were very comfortable. The owner was beyond amazing and went out of his way to make our stay amazing. He even helped us to order dinner from a restaurant for delivery and reheated the food for us. The breakfast was outstanding. I would recommend this place to anyone and hope we can come back! Thanks again.

The hotel is great, clean and spacious, located just by the kitesurfing beach so it is perfect for kitesurfers. There are beautiful trees and palm trees in the surrounding garden, big swimming pool and very kind staff. We were more than happy to stay there and regretted we couldn't stay longer. The restaurant offers very tasty food for good price. I only regret that Sri Lankan people don't support local dogs that wander in the area, scared of humans and terribly hungry. If there was a special fund to support the animals I would definitely pay more for our stay so that the dogs can get fed. Apart from that we loved our stay and we will definitely be back! The place in our opinion is better than Kitesurfing Lanka that is next door.

The staff at this hotel were very kind and always ready to help. The hotel is located in a beautiful place, in front of the sea, with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The buffet had lot of choices. The individual kite surfing lesson was amazing and a lot of fun, many thanks to the instructor Pathum !
