Staying in La Isla Tropica was the best experience. Rohan was a really great person who booked all our excursions and gave us a detailed tour of the island. He also booked all the transport jettys for us. The room was clean and shower had an instant geyser. The breakfast was nice. The manager gave us a discount on our stay because of one of my friend who could not come.

The room was comfortable and featured a nice balcony. The hotel offers a range of water sports, including snorkeling, kayaking, paddleboarding, and jet skiing - perfect for adventure enthusiasts. The buffet breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. Dinner was equally impressive, showcasing diverse choices of both international and local cuisine for a delightful dining experience. The staff were very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. We had so much fun!

The staff were super helpful. They reached out thru whatsapp before the trip to answer some of our questions. we were a family of 6 and they provided everything we needed, even gave us a free extra bed for our infant. the excursions were planned based on what we wanted, we can mix and match what trips we wanted to take. lunch and dinner were good as we chose the full board meal package and could choose anything from the menu. main highlight were the super helpful staff. both the rooms we had were comfy. got to swim with sharks, see sea turtles and rays and beautiful coral. we were even lucky to see the "glowing beach" as the bioluminescent plankton washed up on guraidhoo beach a few nights when we stayed. we'd love to come to the Maldives again and come back here.

We loved this place. Santosh and his colleague were super friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The hotel is in a fantastic location with great views of the sea (from the bed!). They also linked me up with Manta Divers to go diving. I loved Guraidhoo island. Finally, the hotel owner Abdul was great - he met us at Malé Airport when we arrived, and also took us on an excellent walking tour of Malé before our departing flight.

Facing the beachfront, Sun Siyam Olhuveli offers 4-star accommodation in South Male Atoll and features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and garden.

We checked in on 2nd April and checked out on 6th April. The first 2 nights were in Grand water villa and the following 2 nights were in deluxe sunset water villas with jacuzzi and I must say that the resort made us feel like spending time in paradise. Everything about the resort was at its best. Starting from the private speed boat transfer, welcome session, gala buffet meals covering exotic cuisines, beautifully maintained islands with sunset bars and infinity pools at the picturesque locations, DJ and live music after dinner hours - everthing keeps me thinking of going back to Sunsiyam ohluveli again for sure. The rooms were more beautiful than the pictures😊, the bathroom, the water villa deck, everything was above our expectations. Truly a great resort. If you have love for marine life, just spend time in the dive centre area. You can see fascinating colourful fishes in the coral area, pod of dolphins swimming nearby, sting rays, turtles and many more during day time. The best part is at night time when you will surely spot Manta Rays 😊😊.
