This hotel is a dream. Loved everything about it. Gives you the feeling of "Thousand and one nights". Lovely areas surrounding the hotel complex/facilities. A lot of birds in the garden - lovely. Excellent service by the staff. Got a late checkout at 3pm because my flight was later the same night - special thank you to staff Imane Barcouch for excellent service. Also thank you Najwa at the breakfast reception for friendly and excellent service! You remember all the details, I'm very impressed.

The hotel's management team is clearly dedicated to ensuring guest satisfaction they upgraded our room to a suite , i want to thank the lady was at the reception Wbossyn hope i got it right who was very cooperative, also i want to thank Hakeem at the beach restaurant his service is 10/10. This has to be the most beautiful, elegant, charming hotel I have ever stayed at in the world. Had an absolutely perfect stay here, hotel is simply stunning, with a lovely lobby area and cafe that one can spend hours in. The rooms are luxuriously comfortable, clean, and stylishly decorated - we had a full ceiling to floor view of the beach. The staff deserve a special thanks as they made us feel right at home - they make you feel genuinely welcome here, always smiling, friendly, offering tips, ready for a chat- for first time visitors this was especially invaluable in making us feel home. Warm thanks to Nassir from the breakfast restaurant - who was especially kind and patient with us even after we were quiet tired after a long day of traveling. Let that be extended to the kind bellman and the lady and gentleman working front desk on evening of the 27th - so kind and helpful at all moments. Finally the location is great you are near everything with the beach right in front and major shopping centres and other sites to visit nearby. look forward to returning next time in Doha!!
