The hotel is not new, but is well maintained. All of the staf were hepfull and very kind. WiFi was exeptional, covering all hotel. Two great pools (inner and outside) and great beach at the end. Great food and baverage. For that location and that value of money considering the all inclusive, anything but 9 would not be appropriete.

Me and my family stayed here for over a week we had a wonderful time, Lafti the host looked after us very well. Even came to pick us up at the airport and helped us in every way possiable, The appartment is big clean and had all the facilities. the breafast was excellent and lady that cooked breafast is so talented and exceptional in cooking. she also cleaned the appartment. There is swimming pool and table tenis to entertain the bigger kids and some slides and tramploline for the younger ones, all the kids has enough to do and were kept entertained. location of the property is little outside the market place so I rented a car there are shops and coffe places in walking distance too. I loved my stay and would surely come back in future.

True comfort, carefree days by the pool, no children allowed. Room was very spacious, with its own dressing room. Buffet was very varied and of good quality. Good gym facilities. The beach area is probably one of the best in the island. White party was fun albeit short.

the staff is very kind, pleasant, respectful and helpful, the food and pastry are exceptionnel, the spa is fantastic (staff is very kind and professional), the room was great, calm and very clean. there is a great energy in the hotel. the sunset was magical and the private beach is fantastic. Excellent stay at all levels. Food was fresh, lots of variety and delicious. Rooms perfectly cleaned and extremely nice and confortable. Staff service is outstanding and the beach / gardens area is a place from heaven. Highly recommend this new hotel in Djerba.
