If you want to walk to the castle you can do so by walking a few minutes up to Connaught Park and taking a gentle uphill stroll through it, avoiding the traffic on the road running parallel.

We loved our stay .You had sea views from each bedroom, and living room windows which were stunning able to catch the sunset and sun rise , the apartment was comfy and spacious and well equipped. The people in Margate are very friendly and welcoming .It was great to take our dog on the beach ⛱️ each morning and before bed . Our Bed was massive and very comfy . Parking wasn't a problem ,we went rouge and did street parking in the end which was fine or you can uses 24 hour parking places close by ,Simon will message you this info I'm sure before you arrive . Loads of places literally on your doorstep for breakfast or like we did one morning 🌄 we made our own full English in the apartment, sat at the table and took in Margate beach with our living room view . Couldn't fault it ,hope to return next yr . Oh ,and the lifts handy too . Thank you, Simon & Margate

A recently renovated property, Paragon Home is located in Ramsgate near Pegwell Bay Beach, Granville Theatre. The property features sea views and is 12 km from Sandwich Railway Station and 22 km from Deal Castle. Canterbury Cathedral is 30 km away and Canterbury East Train Station is 30 km from the aparthotel. It’s spotlessly clean. Decadent, stylish, comfortable and as a solo traveller I felt very safe and secure. The bedroom is gorgeous, the water is hot and the coffee is plentiful. It is also quiet and the enclosed balcony is a gorgeous spot to read and watch the sky change through out the evening. It feels more like a home (I wish it was my home!!!) than a holiday stay/let.
