The staff is super friendly and supportive. The room was ready by the time we arrived ( 10.30am) though the checking time was 2.00pm. They have given us croissants , biscuits with all other basic stuff. Room was super comfortable and clean. The view from the balcony is breathtaking.The location is good. The bus stop and ferry port is in walking distance. The best hotel during our italy trip of 12 days. Would recommend this to any and especially people travel with kids. Wi-Fi is free throughout. Perfect location! Very beautiful hotel with a good variety for breakfast. We got an upgraded room which was spacious, comfortable with a beautiful mountain view. Would choose to stay here again!
