We arrived a bit early and left our luggage, when we came back to check in, the luggage was already in our nice room. Our best stay out of all the 7 days we stayed in Italy.

Hash from the reception was very helpful and explained how to get to the parking lot by email, as well as how to check in independently. Amazing attitude, wonderful person. The only problem is that the parking is for an additional fee and there is no choice but to take the parking because there's no parking on the street.
