In our room we had a welcome basket with local snacks and bubbles. The staff is very kind and even gave us a few settling in essentials including eggs, bread, butter, etc. They also recommended amazing places to visit. Casa Gem has perfect air conditioning, perfect water pressure and it is very clean. We really loved it and would 100% recommend.
