A truly unforgettable stay! My husband and I had an amazing time during our stay. We enjoyed absolute peace and quiet, surrounded by endless greenery and right next to a historic site. The food, prepared by Gero, was absolutely delicious from traditional local dishes to his authentic pizzas, everything was full of flavor and made with care. But what truly made our experience special was the incredible team. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, and we definitely made new friends. A special mention goes to Agush ,unbelievably funny, full of energy, and truly the heart and soul of the hotel. He will forever have a special place in our hearts. We’ll definitely be back soon!

The property was in a perfect location very close to the castle and the Bazaar. Our room was perfectly equipped and had a balcony with a great view of the town and the mountains. The hosts don't speak English, but they are so welcoming and communication goes via google translate, which works fine. You can park your car just at their gate (expect a steep road there). The room looks very new. We would definitely recommend a stay here, especially because of the hospitality of the hosts and the delicious breakfast we received!

The room was comfy and clean. We loved the location as it was perfect right at the bazar, also the host its friendly and ready to assist with anything. Would 10/10 recommend. We also ate dinner & breakfast at his restaurant and the food was delicious.

Very welcoming owners - they treated us so nicely and they made sure we had everything we need. The rooms have an amazing view over Gjirokaster and the castle, it's lovely to sit outside on one of the balconies. Everything is reachable by foot: the castle, the city center, and the famous bridge. If you're staying in Gjirokaster, you won't regret staying at Himalayas! Oh, and the breakfast is delicious!
