He goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. The breakfast? Simply the best I’ve ever had at any B&B—generous, locally sourced, and served with great care. As someone who eats gluten-free, I was touched by the effort Erwin made to provide me with delicious gluten-free bread and pastries. Another bonus: free parking just 50 meters away! La Corderie is a rare find—a place where beauty, comfort, and heart come together seamlessly. Highly recommended!

The character of the property alongside its setting really makes the stay relaxing and very enjoyable. The owner is a great chap who makes you feel welcome and at home. There is a eatery and cafe (pub) across the road from the property as well as a restaurant for finer dining, all of which back on to a lovely stream making for a very enjoyable evening experience. There are good transport links to the nearby town of Lokeren via bus or bike. It really does have everything you need. I would highly recommend and potentially bring the family back.

The room was spacious, wonderful decorated and very clean. Everything was immaculate. Lovely that we had some chocolate candies in the room and also water in the fridge when we arrived. Breakfast was tasty, with fruits, prosciutto, chesse, pastries, jam, eggs, granola yogurt and pancakes. It was a great weekend gateaway.

A wonderful and quiet place, very cozy and comfortable. Amazing hosts, Dirk and Dennis, who put their heart and love into it. Delicious breakfasts, private parking, and a convenient location not far from Antwerp. A place you definitely want to return to.
