This little oasis, tucked into the jungle of the Pacific Coast, is a gem worth visiting. I always like to make a challenge of finding the most desolate and undisturbed places on the planet, and Los Longos fits easily in my personal top 5. It doesn’t get more off the grid and ocean front than this. Complete disconnection with everything and reconnection with your deepest self. The hosts are accommodating in every sense and their cat is the pinnacle of tranquility, in which I took a great example to mostly do the same.

Such a wonderful place to stay! Great location, 10 minutes from the town, view of the beach and easy access to other beaches. The rooms were clean and comfortable, great shared kitchen, and a bar selling drinks/food. breakfast was great too! Lukas and Luisa were so kind and helpful, they went out of their way to help us, and always chatted to us. They really made us feel at home, we didn't want to leave!

Super nice hostel, the staff is super friendly and fun! You feel very welcome. It’s located right at Almejal beach, which is beautiful. They organise a lot of fun and interesting activities in the area. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a social hostel. :)

A needed a Hotel because my flight got cancelled. Posada los Palitos was really uncomplicated, it is right in the center, the room nice and clean. The staff is really nice and also made me extra breakfast because I had to leave early for my flight the next day.
