It is a charming and beautifully refurbished rural French mansion. Charles curates his ongoing project with much care and passion. We especially liked the human experience, as we were welcomed personally by Charles, who is a perfect host, discreet, and also always a message away. We had a great chat at breakfast while having our fingers deep in Charles' homemade jams!

The room is warm, really stylish and comfortable, and has a wonderful view from the windows. The welcome was warm, made us feel like at home. The hosts were very friendly. For the welcome, they made a pretty delicious starter (bread with cheese and carlic) and some cassi drinks, and we had a nice conversation about the region, the wine yard etc., they cannot speak very well English but they tried their best to make us understand 😀, and even provided nice suggestion about places to see. The dinner was one of the star experiences of the whole stay. The beef was very tender, veggies were fresh, accompanied with some homemade nice bread. The wine the owners recommended was very good, light but tasty. We had a really marvellous stay, and we would come back in the future for a longer stay.
