I have been back 4-5 times now as it’s a great place to stop over on a work (or leisure) trip - lovely clean and spacious rooms, lots of hot water, parking and very quiet. The breakfast is ‘do it yourself’ continental but that gives you more flexibility - and there is always loads of food, plus nice touches like milk and orange juice left in a fridge in your room.

Beautifully decorated room and ensuite bathroom. Comfortable and warm. The complimentary coffee/tea and breakfast things were brilliant and much appreciated. Dawn was a lovely host, welcoming and kind. Highly recommended.

David was very welcoming The property is stunning and very well dressed One of my favourite features is the automatic lighting i live this it made navigating the property much easier in the small hours when the WC was needed the room we had was beautifully furnished and the bed WOW so comfortable Also the breakfast 10 out of 10 If your visiting preston you would be wise to book here Fantastic

what a wonderful old building. location was great and the surrounding area was perfect for walks. the food , especially the breakfast was top quality.

Lauren (the owner) is extremely amicable, approachable and goes out of her way to cater for your needs. We even received home made pain au chocolat pastries on arrival and old style fresh bottled milk and water in the on site fridge. The property is beautiful and has stunning views, especially if you have a passion for horses, as there's a small equestrian centre on site. It's a perfect location, tranquil and set in lovely countryside so if you have dogs (the property is pet friendly) it's great for walks. We will definitely be returning.
