everything - the room was great, the bathroom even had a tub. Hilary was very friendly and welcoming. the location is great, you can walk easily to Calton Hill to enjoy the view over Edinburgh, the train station is not far and there are several bus stops nearby. also, the breakfast has good options :)

The accommodation here was perfect! We had a really nice girly room with a makeup table. We used to come by bus which is only about 10 minutes from the city centre. The personal was so nice to us, everything we needed was there. They were replying on every message and were so helpful. The cleaning lady was also so nice and every morning brought us a package of food (breakfast). I was so surprised about that and it was amazing. Definitely highly recommend this accommodation in a really beautiful area of Scotland 😊

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! Everything was done with so much love! Starting from the greeting of our host, the wonderful housing and also the really cute hotel room! If we ever come back to Edinburgh we will definetly stay in the Albyn Townhouse!

A lovely guest house, only a 10 min walk from the city center. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable, staff is helpful and you can find plenty of restaurants, bars and stores in the vicinity. I only stayed for one night this time, but will definitely return.

When we got here it was so cosy and warm in the room. The room and bathroom overall were really nice and the owner was so sweet. It‘s in a side street so there were nice car noises in the night. It is still possible to walk to the city centre (~30min) and the next bus stop (~3min) and supermarket (~10min) is very nearby. We really enjoyed our time in Edinburgh and would come back.

The locationis quite good, we can go to Edinburgh Castle by walking less than 20 minutes. The hotel is just beside the road,but it is very quiet in the night. We love the staying here.

    Location was excellent. Tucked away, surrounded by a large well kept garden making the property quiet and private. The room was a in a separate coach house annex with its own little patio area. Good coffee and tea making facilities and a small fridge.
