Beautiful property with very friendly and accommodating hosts. Perfect location for exploring the Scottish Borders. We used the B & B as a base for the Kielder Observatory. The full Scottish breakfast set us up perfectly for the day.

Uta was a fantastic host. The dogs were a welcome suprise and we just loved having them around! A wonderful four days spent exploring the area. Highly recommend Bowden House.

Superb breakfast, great room and wonderful host. Made to feel welcome and couldn't have been more helpful. Passing through on our way north and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this accommodation.
