My wife liked it because the bedroom was hot. It was like an oven. We could have turned the radiator off, but in winter it was nice to not be cold. Staff were great.

The vegan breakfast was perfect. They treated our dog like one of the family, making us feel more than welcome. The place is beautiful, close to Bradford-on-Avon, which is within walking distance, yet totally immersed in nature. The hosts are wonderful people. Everything was really great.

The Royal Oak delivers on many levels. It has had a first-class makeover with extensive attention to detail. A genuine pleasure staying here. Worthy of particular mention was the lady member of staff of duty for breakfast and checkout on 25th. What a super personable and professional young person.
