Great value for money. The hotel offers bright, clean rooms with very good facilities at this pricepoint. The owners are extremely friendly and very concerned about their guest's comfort. I enjoyed the option to use the kitchen and coffee and tea facilities. In the evening I could cozy up in the shared livingroom with fireplace.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy guesthouse in Bakuriani! The place is spotless, with perfectly clean rooms and comfortable accommodations. One of the highlights is the common area, where guests can gather and have fun playing billiards, table football, and ping pong. It’s a great spot to relax after a day on the slopes. There’s also a dedicated space to store ski and snowboard equipment, which is very convenient. Overall, it’s a perfect place for a ski trip or a relaxing getaway in Bakuriani. Highly recommended!

Nice room with comfortable bed and clean daylight bathroom. Best common area and kitchen I've seen in a month travelling through Georgia. Amazing view from the terrace with ample place to sit and drink a bottle of wine or three. It has a roof so even when it's raining you can sit upstairs.
