Nice place to stay: spotless clean rooms, good price, 3 minutes to metro station and 15 min to the airport by car. We need to stay just for one night not far from the airport because of the really early flight. But we were completely fascinated with amazing owners of this place. The hotel is eco friendly: there are a lot of sustainable solutions being used. The house was built by the owner 10 years ago with energy conservation, water and electricity saving technologies. And it was so interesting to learn about it from the owner's story. The family that runs the house really cares about the future. Hope to stay here again. Thank you Inna & Rosik

The hotel is located located right next to the Old Town, a 15 min walk from the Salt Bath District and Meidan square, in an area with numerous other hotels. Our room and bathroom were spacious. Bedding was good. We appreciated the heating as nights were getting colder. Staff is friendly. They understand English. Breakfast buffet was tasty, not large but different each day, with local dishes. Attention points : the walk to the hotel is uphill and there's no elevator. Parking your car in the streets is feasable. We had plenty of space. The steepness of the street of the hotel is abit of a challenge. The positive side of these challenges is the nice view over the town from your room.

3 Heritage Rooms is a fabulous accommodation in an ideal location. Close to restaurants, supermarkets, all services, bus stops and a couple of minutes walk to Freedom Square, the heart of the city. The room was immaculate and very well equiped. The place where it is located is so magical, at the feet of an ancient church. The area is very safe and well protected. Comfort is also another asset. I could rest while i visited Tblisi and other places in Georgia. Wifi goes superfast. And the best of all it is his owner Kakha. He was supercommunicative, attentive and kind at all times. He helped me with all the things that i could not reach by myself due to the language barrier in some cases. All in all, I, of course, give this accommodation the highest score because it really deserves it and worthes it. If you have not decided yet what place to book to stay for your next holidays in this beautiful country, follow my advice and do not hesitate to reserve here. You will not regret. გმადლობთ Kakha.
