We had an amazing time at istanaku and came back twice during our North sulawesi trip. The staff was really nice and also helped us out a lot organising things. The hotel is very new and was the most clean we had in Indonesia. Breakfast was also very good having vegetarian options as well.

It was an all-round perfect stay for me. I wanted to relax for a few days and you can do that really well here. But there's also a lot to do in the area. Debora was one of the most attentive hosts I have ever met. I felt very comfortable and I can definitely recommend to go there!

The hotel is in a perfect location if you’re looking for a stay near the airport, and they also offer a convenient airport transfer. Everything is very clean and well kept, the rooms are spotless, the bed is comfortable, and you have a toilet and hot shower. The hotel also serves delicious food, which can even be delivered to your room. What really makes this place stand out is the staff – they are incredibly friendly and make you feel so welcome. A special thanks to Mr. Handra, who was not only kind and hospitable but also a great conversationalist (he speaks several languages ☺️) and made our check-in feel truly special. Thank you, Mr. Handra 🙏. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back the next time we’re in Jakarta.
