The breakfasts were great - many options served by a very experienced, efficient and friendly staff. The location is perfect just a half block off the main road and plenty of parking across the street. The setting is cozy and comfortable, making it easy to mix with the other patrons.

We had a really good stay. Francesca was very friendly (the owner was on holiday). Very nice and clean room, with a nice view. Breakfast was really good! Location is close to stores, restaurants and pubs.

Everything was great! Very good breakfast with a variety for everyone. Bed and room was very good, nice view to the sea and an amazing garden. Very cosy and comfortable living room for guests, breakfast room great! Quiet house and region but not far away from town center of Castletownbeere. Philippe and Sophie are great hosts! Best accommodation ever!!!
